Improvements in Agenda Management

  • Smart Drag-and-Drop Reordering:
    When a requirement is moved within the agenda via drag and drop, a notification now appears asking whether all subsequent items should automatically be shifted accordingly.

  • Extended Options for Agenda Printing:
    The agenda printout can now be customized more flexibly. Header data can be enriched with all information from the planning module, and individual columns can be hidden by default

  • A long-requested feature is now available: the PDF footer can be customized to your needs.

  • This applies to the Agenda, Checklist, PDF Report, and Action Plan.

Optimized Sending of Agenda and Report

  • The user guidance when sending the agenda or report has been improved.

    The previous “Member” selection has been removed. Instead, a bulk checkbox is now available at the top, allowing all roles to be selected or deselected at once. This significantly simplifies and speeds up the sending process.

Direct Access to the Help Center

  • You can now access the Help Center directly from the AuditCloud menu. Here, users will find comprehensive information about the core functionalities of the AuditCloud.

  • The Help Center is also equipped with an AI-powered search to help you quickly find the information you need.
