Redesign of person selection fields

All person selection fields have been updated to minimise loading times.

The usage remains the same, but is now based on an API, which improves handling.
Better user guidance when requesting signatures

Signatures can now only be requested by persons who are also authorised to sign. This reduces confusing emails.

The wording has been adjusted: instead of reminding people to sign, you now request signatures.

Not only the role to be informed in the audit is now displayed, but also the associated person.
Links in measures

Links in the measure steps are recognised and can be clicked on.

This function already existed for findings and has now been extended to the measure steps.
Long root cause analyses are shortened

If you have entered detailed action implementations or root cause analyses, the action table no longer breaks up. This was previously the case due to the excessive length.
