Qualification management

• Managing qualifications

  • Create specific qualifications in administration and describe them.

  • A qualification can apply to one or more standards.

  • A qualification can be applied to either lead and co-auditors or only to co-auditors.

  • Restrict the scope of the qualification to your master data.

• Assign qualifications to auditors

  • Easily assign qualifications to auditors and determine which regions/countries/business units this person is allowed to audit.

  • All persons with the system authorization “Auditor” are automatically displayed.

• Anchoring the qualification matrix in the audit

  • Automatic pre-filtering for people with suitable qualifications.

  • People without the qualifications can also be selected.

Improvements in using the agenda

• Selecting the region and time zone

  • To save clicks and time, you can create or reuse an audit plan without selecting a time zone.

  • The local time is used automatically. This can be adjusted with a click.

Automatic integration of the agenda into the audit process

• Filtering of individual agenda items

  • During the audit, the corresponding time of day is now displayed on the requirement.

  • You can easily display the relevant requirements using the filter.
